To Order A Commission:

Contact us on our socials or through our email with your character references, design idea, concepts, etc for a quote! Feel free to ask about anything not listed as a commission option as well!

We retain intellectual property rights and/or artist rights over all of our work. Copyright infringement upon our work will be met with legal action. Claiming credit, artwork ownership, or copyright over our work is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time, which will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms. We do not allow commercial use of our work nor the personal use of commissions that you did not order. This includes but is not limited to: avatars, profile pictures, or headers on social media; brand identifiers or logoworks; tracing, editing, printing or otherwise transforming our artwork; cropping out, drawing over, or erasing our watermark and signature; any and all use of our work in an attempt to pose as us, perform scams, or use in hateful or offensive ways. Unauthorized use of our works will be handled depending on the trangression.

We reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason and cancel a commission or a design transaction.

WE WILL NOT WORK WITH MAGA OR TRUMP SUPPORTERS NOR WILL WE EVER ENGAGE WITH OR DRAW HATEFUL OR DISCRIMINATORY MATERIAL.

We WILL draw:

  • Furry and Anthro

  • Humans and Humanoids

  • Robots and Mechs (Only Cat will draw robots and mechs, Crow will not)

  • Fantasy Creatures (dragons, monsters, etc.)

  • Pride and Disability themes

  • Mild Gore

  • Selfship/Yumeship and Self Inserts

We will NOT draw:

  • Any 18+ or NSFW content

  • Offensive Material (slurs, hateful themes, anti-LGBTQ+, racism, etc.)

  • Hazbin Hotel, DSMP, Harry Potter, South Park

  • Real People without a drawn reference

  • Unrealistic / Fetish Obesity

  • Anything unsanitary such as vomit

1. GENERAL

  • By commissioning us, you agree to my terms of service. Any willful violators will be placed on a blacklist.

  • You must be 18 or older to contract us for work. We do not work with minors.

  • We retain all artist rights over our work. Artwork for commissions may be used in portfolios or social media.

  • Tracing, editing, removing our watermark and signature, or claiming our work as your own is prohibited.

  • Reference sheets are required to commission us. Descriptions and random images are not allowed unless the client agrees to pay an additional fee for a character design. Designing a character while trying to compose a piece is difficult and often frustrating, and as a result, we will require compensation.

  • Additionally, due to issues in the past with previous customers, we do NOT accept dollmakers and picrews or similar content as references for characters for commissions outside of design work.

  • Any artwork or media created by us may NOT be used in AI generation, NFTs/blockchains, and cryptocurrency.

2. PAYMENT

Currently, we only take payment through Ko-fi or Paypal invoices. If payment
is not received a week after invoicing, the commission will be canceled unless a former arrangement or payment plan has been made. Payments must be paid in full before we begin work.If you can no longer go through with a commission or purchase, please notify us immediately. If no work has been done and you've already sent us the money, we will provide a refund. If a WIP has been sent, we will issue a partial refund. If we believe you might be scamming us, we will block and blacklist you.

3. COMMISSION PROCESS

Turnarounds for commissions can vary from a few days to a month depending on complexity and your place in the queue. Additionally, we do not work on weekends. You can track our progress and your place on our Trello.Frequent works in progress are sent to the client during the process. Edits and changes to the WIPs are welcome and encouraged and you may draw over any WIP to better show the changes you'd like. Only minor changes are available during the rendering stage. However, any major changes during or after the render process will require an additional fee.The commissioner may request a new sketch from scratch if the first one doesn't align with their vision, however any additional sketches beyond the first redraw will require an additional fee.Commissioners will receive both watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the artwork.

4. ART PERMISSIONS

PERSONAL USE

Commissioners may use artwork in non-commercial environments, which include: avatars, banners, posting on places such as Toyhouse, or physical items such as stickers or prints, so long as they are not distributed. Credit is appreciated.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of client work must be discussed with both Cat and Crow and does not come with the purchase of a commission or design.Full rights/ownership are not included with commercial use and we retain the right to use our work within portfolios and on social media.

5. DESIGN PERMISSIONS

The owner may use the character as a personal OC, a mascot, for fursuits or plushies or physical merch, or within projects such as comics.The character may be sold, traded, or gifted but may NOT be sold for more than purchased unless you have personally created or commissioned art of the character.You may not use our art of the character commercially. You may instead use your own art or art you've commissioned from another artist with commercial rights.Purchased designs may be changed in any way after transaction. Editing or tracing the original design is permitted only for your own personal reference or to provide another artist with a reference.Creating an open, semi-open, or closed species from our designs or adopts is prohibited.Credit is required and must be easily accessible.

6. REFUND POLICY

If a cancellation or refund is requested, I will provide one with a fee deduction depending on the stage your commission was at. Tips will not be refunded and completed commissions will not be refunded.Not Started: No fee.
Sketch: 75% refund
Lineart and/or Color: 50% refund
Render: 10% refundAll WIPs are watermarked.An upcharge of 30% will be conducted for:

  • Major edits when we are most of the way through a commission.

  • Total resketches beyond the first free one.

  • Request to work on a deadline (deadlines must be brought to our attention at the time of ordering and cannot be added halfway through a commission).

  • No reference sheet is available for your character and it is not a design commission.
